Feeder
Feeders are used for feeding machinery such as Jaw or Hydrocone crushers.
Generally speaking, human force is not capable of sufficiently feeding crushers at feeding rates above 10 tons per hour. In such conditions, either a loader is needed to feed the crusher, which is an expensive choice, or a feeder can be used, providing a uniform feed to the production line.
Vibrating feeders are used where a compact feeder with variable speed control is required.
This feeders are available in widths from 1000 mm through 1200 mm and 1000 mm through 2000 long. this sections are straight or stepped. The stepped version tumbles stone to the lower section thus offering more efficient scalping.
Belt feeders
Belt feeders are normally used in sand & gravel operations under a hopper or trap with 160 mm maximum size feed. They have infinitely variable speed control for optimum plant feed rate.

As an alternative to apron feeders and large reciprocating table feeders
Can be used for two functions, to feed the material forwards and to remove fine material ahead of the crusher with a bar grizzly section
The feeder body is a robust construction of steel plates with replaceable wearing plates on the bottom and along the sides
