Screw Sand Washing Machine
The sand is poured into the washing machine basin together with water and then carried out with a screw conveyor. The consumed water is then vented out.

Coarse material washers

They are also used, in some installations to assist with the removal of lignite, mica, bark, leaves and trash. Fine material washers
Fine Material Washers are used to separate water and silt from sand while dewatering the sand. Sand discharged from a Fine Material Washer is dry enough to carry on a belt conveyor to storage. These units are built in single and twin screw units with a large settling area for best salvage of fine sands. Available in various size of spiral diameters and spiral lengths.
The hydrasander is used for dewatering and removing the slit content from wash sand. The large diameter bucket wheel, long fines recovery spiral and low power requirements enables these units to be both efficient and cost-effective.
Thickener
Thickener mainly consists of round concentration tank and rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry sedimentate under gravity, and the upper part can become clear water, therefore, solid-liquid separation has been achieved. Deposited mud at the bottom of the concentration tank are scraped and collected by the rake scraper and exclude from discharge mouth, and the clear water overflow from the upper part of concentration tank.
